The office is divided into two distinct areas: the Engagement Hub for Zoom’s growing workforce and the Experience Centre (EC) for clients. The EC immerses clients in Zoom’s products, philosophies, and future-forward innovations. Interactive digital elements allow visitors to directly engage with Zoom’s offerings, creating an immersive brand experience. Meanwhile, the Engagement Hub supports Zoom’s flexible working ethos, with various space types and layouts catering to the needs of hybrid and remote teams.

Highlights in the Experience Centre include the Lens Wall, an expansive LED display connecting different office areas, and the Discovery Showcase, an interactive space for product demonstrations. The “Boardroom of the Future” features a striking 8K LED screen and advanced audio-visual technology, setting a new standard for executive collaboration spaces.

The design of Zoom’s London office was a collaborative effort involving input from Zoom’s leadership, ensuring the space would embody the company’s strategic vision and core values. A bespoke tapestry, crafted from 3,500 recycled plastic bags by Nicaraguan artisans in partnership with Unispace’s Art for Impact initiative, symbolises Zoom’s dedication to sustainability. The office design achieved LEED Gold certification, highlighting the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship and setting a standard for sustainable workplace design.
