Connect Training

Connect Training facilitates online training in the corporate and education sectors, using the UKs first live virtual reality simulation platform – Immersion Studio. Staff can improve their soft skills and interpersonal skills in a safe virtual environment, from any browser, using no specialist equipment.

Immersion Studio has over 230 pre-defined training scenarios, covering topics such as Wellbeing and Mental Health, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, Leadership, and Educational training.

Trained Simulation Specialists act out each scenario in real time using a diverse range of adult and child avatars, responding to a client’s facial expressions, gestures, and reactions. We also create bespoke scenarios based on unique requirements.

Connect Training is a part of the Connect Solutions Group, originally established over 25 years ago to provide educational accessibility and transcription services. The team is currently based in Nantwich, Cheshire, but we work with businesses across the UK.
