People Matter

People Matter is a mental health technology company that provides a safe online space to allow you to measure and improve your mental wellness at work, without the need for cumbersome surveys. Okina – your personal wellness companion – is an intelligent app that learns who you are and how your digital environment impacts your burnout risk – offering personalised recommendations just for you.

The People Matter platform also provides companies with insight on burnout trends across the organisation – facilitating macro level changes that deliver healthier working environments. The first commercially available version of Okina and the associated data science engine – is currently being rolled out to Experian – with several other large corporates in the pipleline.

In March 2019, People Matter were made one of the 10 Rising Stars of UK technology by Tech Nation.
