The Wellbeing Project was founded in 2007 and is a global consultancy delivering bespoke performance, wellbeing and resilience projects – from wellbeing audits through to planning and training. We work with organisations to make it as easy as possible to create a culture of wellbeing where employees excel and businesses thrive. Our workplace wellbeing and resilience psychometric tool (“Wraw”) provides a data-driven approach to enable prioritisation of funding and measurement of results.
We have a carefully selected group of professionals, each expert in their own area, whose strengths bring the best possible advice and support to the programmes we work on. We are based in the UK but our experience includes America, Europe, Middle East, Far East and Africa.
Wellbeing is at the heart of an organisation’s competitive edge, its sustainability and its employee experience. We work across the private, public and charitable sectors to ensure that resilience and mental health interventions demonstrate tangible benefits to individuals, teams and organisations as a whole.
