Weaving wellbeing into recruitment and retention: virtual roundtable report

To ensure workplace wellbeing is embedded as business as usual, it has to be a golden thread running through every policy and process and through every step of the employee’s experience. From recruitment, to training and development, right through (eventually) to exit.

If this is done in the right way, employers can build an inclusive working culture where individuals feel supported and valued, engagement is high and churn and turnover are reduced. The question is, what is the right way?

To share learnings, we gathered together leaders in HR, Wellbeing and Benefits for a virtual roundtable, convened with the support of progressive life insurance and employee benefits provider YuLife.
