Since 2018, we’ve been growing a fantastic network of like-minded employers, from across sectors, representing a wide range of job functions, who all want to make a difference to workplace culture, employee health and wellbeing.

Building on this network and recognising that above all else, employers love to learn from each other’s experiences of what works and what doesn’t work – in a sales-free, closed-door setting, we are inviting employers from across our network to join our “Make A Difference Leaders’ Club”.

Our goal is to advance best practice and bring more and more employers to this crucial conversation.

Membership of the “Make A Difference Leaders’ Club” is free and open to senior representatives of any employer as long as your remit includes workplace culture, employee health and wellbeing and you are involved in deciding which products and services you invest in to support this.

Membership is not open to suppliers of workplace culture, employee health or wellbeing related products and services.

Members benefit from:

  • Invitations to attend the Make A Difference Leaders’ Club breakfast and working lunch meetings
  • Invitations to attend dinners, roundtables and other virtual and in-person networking events
  • Privileged access to Make A Difference reports and research
  • VIP access to The Watercooler / The Office Expos – Private Leaders’ Club Lounge and Roundtables
  • Discounted delegate passes to MAD World Summit – The Festival

What do I have to do for all this?

The Leaders’ Club is free to join. We simply ask members to commit to completing two Make A Difference Leaders’ Surveys each year. Responses will be anonymous and used purely for research purposes. All members will have free access to the survey results and tracker, as well as being able to compare their own responses with the aggregate – by sector and role type.
