Since we started in 2018, we’ve built a fantastic network of like-minded employers, from across sectors and representing a wide range of job functions, who all want to make a difference to workplace culture, mental health and wellbeing. Recognising that above all else, employers love to learn from each other’s experiences of what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to workplace wellbeing, we are inviting employers from across our network to join our “Meeting of Minds” community.

Membership of the “Meeting of Minds” community is free and open to any employer as long as you are not a supplier of workplace wellbeing products and services.

Members will benefit from:

  • Invitations to attend the Make A Difference breakfast and lunch clubs
  • Invitations to attend dinners, roundtables and other virtual and in-person networking events
  • Privileged access to Make A Difference reports and research
  • VIP access to The Watercooler event and MAD World

New for 2023: the Make A Difference to Workplace Wellbeing breakfast / lunch clubs:

Across 2023 we will be running 3 x 1.5 hour Make A Difference to Workplace Wellbeing breakfast or lunch clubs for up to 75 senior wellbeing decision makers from a range of sectors. These are the perfect opportunity to share ideas and experiences in a closed-door setting. The first club meeting will be on Day 2 of The Watercooler Event at ExCel in London on Wednesday 26th April.
