The health and wellbeing of staff has never been more important to job retention and productivity. However, even though the pandemic has created a catalyst for investment, a mismatch often exists between employers’ perception of the wellbeing support they offer and employees’ perception of the support they receive.
This was the starting point for the Think Tank session at the MAD World Summit 2022 – the sister event of Make A Difference Media – which was convened with the support of digital-first health and wellebeing provider HealthHero.
