Professional Minimalist, Best Selling Author, TEDx Speaker Award Winning Leader & Executive Coach Supporting Organisations To Gain Competitive Advantage Through Simplifying

Professional Minimalist and Simplicity Expert cutting through the chaos of modern working life. Here to support organisations reclaim lost time, prevent burnout and enhanced outcomes, all through sustainable leadership and progressive high performance.

Back in 2017, I decluttered everything I ever owned to achieve the things that were most important, includingletting go of my home, possessions and career. After simplifying my personal life, I used the same minimalist mindset in a professional context. What followed was a more meaningful career, exponential growth, less stress, more accomplishments and even a significant jump in wellbeing, performance and income. Whilst everyone else was drowning in more, I was succeeding with less. It was sustainable, it was simple and it caused a ripple effect in my organisation. I soon set up my career portfolio as an executive coach at NatWest supporting the top 1500 global execs and senior leadership teams who adopted my minimalist approach and saw huge increases in performance, income and engagement.

Whilst supporting clients as an accredited leadership, team and career coach, I launched my debut book Discovery of Less in 2021, which became a top ten bestseller on amazon. I was asked to speak on TEDx stage and write for mainstream media such as The Independent, CEO Magazine and Marie Claire regularly sharing thought leadership on modern busyness, simplifying and progressive leadership.

As the story spread, I spoke at festivals and featured on global chart topping podcasts. My corporate minimalism work has revolutionised productivity and wellbeing strategies at NatWest, PwC, Specsavers, Standard Life, Virgin Money, Bank of England, Boots, LV= Insurance NSPCC and more – proving that less really can be more in today’s complex business environment.

Followed by professors, doctors, CEOs, psychologists and industry leaders, I’m now the UK’s prominent voice in workplace simplifying and minimalism, changing teams and organisations for the better. Millions of podcast downloads, hundreds of thousands of TikTok / YouTube views and countless lives changed.

Decluttering systems, stories, behaviours and blockers to give talented teams an opportunity to deliver great outcomes without overworking or burning out.

Testimonials

""Chris is inspirational. An elite coach who always provides food for thought through his storytelling and down to earth approach. Fascinating insights, progressive and a breath of fresh air."" Vincent Goedegebuure, CEO NatWest Markets, NatWest
"We really enjoyed your story and the experiences you brought resonated with many of us, encouraging us to think beyond just what work we do but also the extra "stuff" we carry around with us. Enlightening. All in all a great session that many of us enjoyed but took away the confidence to implement more sustainable practices in our teams. Thank you." Lisa C, Employee Engagement Manager, PwC
"I just thought I'd message as I saw you on stage recently and it was a really inspiring talk that already in my small team of 12 we are questioning everything including the length of meetings and trying to ensure we keep the china plate spinning, I absolutely love your plate analogy!" Rob Cooper, Culture Manager, Phoenix Group / Standard Life
