We work with organisations and individuals to teach tools and techniques that build resilience and support mental and emotional wellbeing.
We do all of our work outside, with our innovative 12-session programmes covering a range of topics that enable participants to explore different areas of their work and life.
Each session also contains a set of simple but transformational exercises, including breathing and relaxation, that build the skills people need to look after their own mental health and wellbeing.
