Involving the whole organisation enables companies to walk the walk on sustainability; moving beyond top-down procedures, policies and metrics, and incorporating a day-to-day mindset of sustainability.
This is achieved by providing employees with access to the organisation’s own Sustainability Platform: a place to engage with company policies in a richer way, enable employees to share and discuss their own ideas, and to access personalised content and recommendations based on each employee’s particular interests.
Employers also benefit from access to anonymous employee survey scores, allowing them to understand, track and publish how the organisation’s approach to sustainability is perceived by those who know best: it’s employees.
