Based on responses from more than 230 organisations, Personify Health’s 2026 Global Workplace Health and Wellbeing Maturity Report explores how organisations are approaching workplace health and where strategies may be falling short.
The report highlights gaps in areas including measurement, return on investment and leadership engagement, with 72% of organisations reporting no wellbeing KPIs or relying only on subjective measures, and 82% using informal ROI measures or not measuring returns at all.
It also examines what organisations with more mature workplace health strategies do differently and provides practical actions to help employers strengthen strategy, leadership and governance and inform future investment decisions.
