Since 2018, we’ve been growing a fantastic network of like-minded employers, from across sectors, representing a wide range of job functions, who all want to make a difference to workplace culture, employee health and wellbeing.

Building on this network and recognising that above all else, employers love to learn from each other’s experiences of what works and what doesn’t work – in a sales-free, closed-door setting, we are inviting employers from across our network to join our “Make A Difference Leaders’ Club”.

Our goal is to advance best practice, break down silos and bring more and more employers to this crucial conversation.

Membership of the “Make A Difference Leaders’ Club” is free and open to senior representatives of any employer as long as your remit includes workplace culture, employee health and wellbeing and you are involved in deciding which products and services you invest in to support this.

Membership is not open to suppliers of workplace culture, employee health or wellbeing related products and services.

Members benefit from:

  • Invitations to attend the Make A Difference Leaders’ Club and working lunch meetings
  • Invitations to attend dinners, roundtables and other virtual and in-person networking events
  • Privileged access to Make A Difference reports and research
  • Free access to regular Make A Difference webinars across the year

What do I have to do for all this?

The Leaders’ Club is free to join. We simply ask members to commit to completing a maximum of two Make A Difference Leaders’ Surveys each year. Responses will be anonymous and used purely for research purposes to help inform the direction of the Leaders’ Club, ensure the content that we offer is in line with members’ information needs and that we are making a real impact.

Make A Difference Leaders’ Club:

Across 2025 we ran several Make A Difference Leaders’ Club breakfast or lunch meetings.

Our first Leaders’ Lunch of 2025 was on Tuesday 25th February where we shared ideas and experiences around the topic: “Getting data-driven employee health and wellbeing right – so you know if you are really making a difference”.

Our second Leaders’ Lunches were at The Watercooler Event at ExCeL on 7th & 8th May, where we shared ideas around “The future of employee health and wellbeing” and “Shaping the supplier landscape – driving change with our collective employer voice”.

Our final meeting was on the 27th November, hosted by Ipsos. It was a celebration of progress made across the year and an opportunity to set priorities for the year ahead. Read the report from the final meeting below.
