Covid as a Catalyst for Change: Wellbeing in the New Hybrid World of Work

Join us on Wednesday 24th March from 12.30pm – 1.30pm for a free to attend interactive Make A Difference webinar in association with Minds@Work and sponsored by Obo.

The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally changed what we mean by being ‘at work’. As employers around the world grapple with what work should look like in the aftermath of the pandemic, it seems likely that a significant number of people will continue to work at least in part from home as part of a flexible, hybrid model.

But combining home and office working can be a challenge. Employees and employers each have important roles to play to ease the transitions, find ways to be effective, and ensure mental health and wellbeing are supported in a rapidly evolving work environment.

Representing a range of different types and sizes of organisation, our speakers will share their experiences and practical insights into how employers can prepare to support wellbeing and maintain a collaborative culture of care in a hybrid world of work.
