We’re always on the look out for case studies that showcase the measurable impact that employee health and wellbeing initiatives are having.
This short case study video caught our attention because it clearly outlines the business challenge that had been identified, why it was felt that a fresh approach to supporting employee health and wellbeing would help and the measurable impact this is having.
Identifying the challenge
In the UK, the rate of employee absenteeism is at its highest level in a decade. Employers are struggling with increasing cases of long-term absence due to chronic illness and mental health.
Against this backdrop, European wet wipe manufacturer, Nice-Pak recognised that they were facing three key challenges:
- Growing absenteeism
- Talent attraction & retention
- Low engagement with their previous provider
They had one goal: to not only create the best wipes in the market, but to create the best workplace, too. They realised that in order to do this, and to address three key challenges that were holding them back, they would need to change their approach to supporting employee health and wellbeing.
The solution
This five-minute video specifically showcases how the YuLife solution helped them to do this. However, even if you don’t have YuLife it’s worth watching for transferrable tips around setting clear people-and-business focused goals and measuring impact against these to determine ongoing value on investment.
