The challenge

A global employer with more than 10,000 people across 9 countries needed to unify its workforce through a wellbeing approach that worked across office teams, customer-facing roles, and hard-to-reach frontline staff.

Despite having multiple wellbeing initiatives in place, engagement was low, and employees were struggling to access support in a way that felt relevant to them.

  • 72% of previously inactive employees became more physically active
  • 66% of high-risk individuals (classified as obese) saw meaningful weight loss
  • A 10/10 Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the wellbeing programme from internal stakeholders
  • Over 1,500 global employees enrolled in the first year
