Women’s Workplace Wellbeing: A Joined Up Approach

The Women’s Workplace Wellbeing report is comprised of insights from the virtual roundtable of HR, Wellbeing and Benefits leaders which Make A Difference convened with the support of digital health provider Peppy.

There is an increased awareness of the need to support women’s health in the workplace, particularly around menopause and fertility issues.

However, gender specific health support needs to be approached in the right way to ensure it is both accessible and inclusive.

The roundtable discussed ideas around the changing expectations of the role of employers, what is and isn’t working when it comes to women’s health and what the future of gender specific healthcare may look like.
