Empresa Psychology

Empresa Psychology delivers evidence-based, targeted group training packages within the corporate sector. Led by a Clinical Psychologist, Empresa Psychology draws on doctoral-level knowledge and years of practical experience working with highly stressed teams, with a data-driven approach to deliver measurable impact.

At their stand, Empresa Psychology will be offering solutions to meet a wide range of employee wellbeing training needs. Whether teams are already thriving and aim to reach new heights of excellence, on their way to burnout, or they’re struggling with more serious mental health concerns including PTSD, grief after a bereavement, or suicidal ideation. 

In addition, Dr Natalie Isaia will lead a Compassionate Leadership workshop. Aimed at leaders and managers, this workshop will provide a more intimate space to gain a detailed understanding of how to measure psychological safety, the factors that impact psychological safety in the workplace, how leaders can achieve a balance between support and accountability, and practice a tool to develop and implement Compassionate Leadership skills. 

Ripple&Co

Ripple&Co is a workplace wellbeing company dedicated to transforming mental health support within corporate environments. They provide innovative solutions, including accredited mental health first aid training, suicide awareness programmes, and awarding-winning immersive wellbeing workshops that build resilience and foster a supportive workplace culture.
