Unlocking engagement
Our own research indicates that many employers struggle to find the best way to engage colleagues with the health and wellbeing support that is available to them. If budgets allow, this kind of annual event could be a great way to overcome this challenge and build momentum that can be sustained through regular communications across the year. Here are some key takeaways that you might be able to apply in your own organisation:
Tip: Pair broad wellbeing themes with specialist clinics—mental and financial wellbeing resonates widely for instance
Tip: Host multiple events or local hubs to reach colleagues across sites and shifts.
