A rapid review of established frameworks for mentallyhealthy and flourishing workplaces. The search strategy identified 57 relevant frameworks, from laws and international standards to research models. This paper explains how we carried out the review, what it found and how the findings informed the design of the Flourishing Organisation Standard.
