Wealth Wizards is holding an employee financial wellbeing knowledge event at this year’s MAD Summit in London.

The MAD Summit aims to shift perspectives on mental health in the workplace by encouraging conversation away from stigma toward a solution.

Held in London on the 11th of October 2022, Wealth Wizards will share a case study titled ‘Improving employee financial wellbeing through the cost-of-living crisis and beyond’. The case study will summarise how Ricoh UK has used Wealth Wizards’ MyEva application to implement a financial wellbeing programme for its UK employees.

Studies prove that our financial health directly impacts our mental and physical health. As business outcomes rely upon employees’ health, many employers are searching for financial wellness solutions. Supporting people through the cost-of-living crisis reduces stress, increases employee happiness, and improves productivity.

As people struggle with soaring inflation, fuel, and utility costs, more employers are looking for ways to help.

During the event, Toni Smith (Rewards & Insights Manager at Ricoh UK) will explain how Ricoh UK and Wealth Wizards have helped its employees take control of their finances and improve their retirement outcomes. The session will also feature Daniel Gillett and Zoe Semmens from the MyEva team, who will be on-hand to answer questions from the audience.

Attendees will hear how Ricoh:

  • Recognised the need for an employee financial wellbeing programme
  • Identified the right financial wellbeing solution for their organisation
  • Utilise financial wellbeing ambassadors within the workplace
  • Employees access digital financial guidance and regulated advice

Attendees are encouraged to bring their questions on how to support teams through the cost-of-living crisis.

Commenting on the event, Toni Smith said:

‘MyEva helps our employees coordinate their spending and work out weekly or monthly budgets to help manage their bills. This has helped our people feel more positive about their current and future wellbeing during the cost-of-living-crisis. I’m very much looking forward to sharing our story with similar organisations that want to improve their employees’ financial wellbeing’.
