New Report: Key Themes Your Employee Mental Wellbeing Plans Must Consider For 2022 And Beyond


AXA’s 2022 study of Mind Health and wellbeing indicated that empathy and compassion are growing and the UK leads the way in destigmatising mental health. However, with only 40% of employees feeling their organisation provides good mental health support, the study also highlighted there’s much more work to be done.
