At our Make A Difference Leaders’ Club Steering Committee meeting at the start of 2025, members from Google, National Grid, NHS England, BCG and Euromonitor highlighted the importance of demonstrating – year on year – the impact we are having as a collective of employers, spanning sectors and organisational sizes, on workplace culture, employee health and wellbeing.
Just as you are expected to measure the impact of your initiatives, we need to do the same.
Why your input matters
To help with that, we’ve developed a short survey with Ipsos Karian & Box. It’s designed to capture what members of our Leaders’ Club – and employers in our wider community – value about us, where we can improve, and which issues you want us to focus on in 2026.
We’ve also included a handful of questions to provide a snapshot of where your organisation currently is with employee health and wellbeing. This will help us track progress year on year.
Tracking this progress will not only show the difference we’re making together; it will also shape the following year’s Make A Difference Leaders’ meetings and provide valuable insights and trends for employers across our network.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. It’s anonymous unless you choose to share your email address, and all responses are strictly confidential.
Ipsos Karian & Box, our employee research partner, will analyse the results, and we will share the insights in a report in the New Year.
