MAD World Summit exhibitor Frog Systems has further expanded its wellbeing support for employees by partnering with the Bupp membership programme to offer regular discounts to users of its streaming service Ashia.
Employees whose companies subscribe to Ashia will receive money off everyday wellbeing products and treats, without having to earn rewards.
Phil Worms, CEO of Frog Systems, said: “We are delighted to have worked with the team at Bupp to create these exclusive offers and bring extra value to users of our wellbeing streaming service. The ability of employees to save money on items that help them to be mentally, physically and financially healthy is a great incentive for any employer who wants to sign up.”
The offers have been selected to reflect the 16 areas of wellbeing support covered by Ashia. There are discounts on health checks, healthy eating, wellbeing apps and coaching as well as days out and trips to the cinema.
Bupp was founded by James Tipple, who was head of global brand strategy for Virgin before founding Virgin Red, the digital marketplace and Virgin Group loyalty programme. It creates meaningful membership programmes that increase customer engagement and revenue for a range of partners.
James Tipple said: “There is real power in combining great content and technology to boost engagement in the workplace. By working together with the team at Frog Systems we’ve created a real value-add for their clients who want to show support and appreciation for their staff and keep them engaged.”
The Bupp offer will be included within Frog Systems’ standard Ashia packages but offered as an optional extra to larger organisations who may already have a benefits service in place.
A 40% discounted subscription to the app Owning Your Menopause is one of the first offers available on Ashia.
Founder Kate Rowe-Ham said: “Menopause has been a forgotten part of workplace wellness for too long, so I’m delighted to have this opportunity to partner with Frog Systems and Bupp to make my app directly available to employees through Ashia.”
Phil Worms added: “We’re aware that many smaller and medium sized businesses simply don’t have the budget or resource to manage several different wellbeing and benefits schemes. We believe that every employee should have access to the latest wellbeing support by right. Our partnership with Bupp reinforces our commitment to create Ashia as a complete, low cost, high value wellbeing solution for any size of business.”
Frog Systems will be exhibiting at the 6th annual MAD World Summit on 12th October. You can find out more and register to attend as a delegate or an exhibition visitor here.
