Amazon has announced a new partnership with Grow Therapy in the U.S. to strengthen its employee mental health offering- marking a shift in how large employers are evolving the traditional Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).

The collaboration aims to make it easier for employees to access high-quality therapy and psychiatric care, while also addressing one of the most common challenges in workplace mental health: continuity of care beyond initial support.

  • Access to thousands of vetted providers, spanning multiple specialisms
  • Flexible appointment options, including evenings and weekends
  • Faster access to care, with appointments typically available within two to three days

Alongside these core features, the platform also integrates digital support tools to complement in-person and virtual therapy.

A notable aspect of the partnership is the integration of clinically guided AI tools via the Grow mobile app.
