New Report: Key Themes Your Employee Mental Wellbeing Plans Must Consider For 2022 And Beyond

uk-mind-health

AXA’s 2022 study of Mind Health and wellbeing indicated that empathy and compassion are growing and the UK leads the way in destigmatising mental health. However, with only 40% of employees feeling their organisation provides good mental health support, the study also highlighted there’s much more work to be done.

With this in mind, AXA Health and Make a Difference have formed a paper “UK Mind Health – Key themes your employee mental wellbeing plans must consider for 2022 and beyond” to highlight areas of focus, and actionable steps, companies of all types and sizes should explore in the months ahead.

The report features insights from Dame Carol Black, Simon Blake OBE, Royal Mail Group, Spotify UK, PwC UK, City Mental Health Alliance and more.

Highlights include:

  • Insights from the Make A Difference together with AXA Health virtual roundtable discussion with prominent business and thought leaders.
  • Three spotlight interviews with leading companies PwC UK, Spotify UK and Wells Fargo UK, alongside the City Mental Health Alliance UK.
  • Key insights from AXA’s 2022 Study of Mind Health and Wellbeing.
  • Practical recommendations for future-focused employers linked to the key themes to consider in your employee mind health strategy.
